When i listen someone saying
“It requires something more than intelligence to act intelligently”

First question coming my mind is

مذاق سمجھ رکھا ہیں؟!؟

Intelligence is enough to act intelligently but extra thing you are talking about are the efforts to make stupid people realise difference between right/wrong,true/false,fact/assumption etc……
